About Me
My name is Ruben Castillo and I like to think of myself as a graphic designer.
I was born and raised in Fort Worth and at an early age began to draw. I liked it very much. Then one day I got my first computer (a hand-me-down from my older brother). I became fascinated with technology all of a sudden. I started to take things apart to see how they worked. Then I took apart that computer. It was so cool, I thought to myself, and I knew that computers will eventually take over everything we do. I knew then that I wanted to do something with computers. I always enjoyed drawing by hand so naturally I combined the two. Although, I don't yet have a digital drawing tablet... I really want one.
This site is basically where I present my work and my ideas. It is my hope that through this web site I will get some attention, get some freelance work, and hopefully a paying job in the graphic design field.

Education:
I received my education from Westwood College in Fort Worth, Texas from October 2005-to-June 2007.
I have an Associates Degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia. Yay!
Hobbies:
When Im not "graphic designing" I enjoy going out and playing tons of video games with my friends. I so suck at everything I play but I don't care. I'm having fun and that's all that matters. Cant let your job take over your life. You'll end up all wrinkly by age 40.
I still draw by hand every once n awhile and have several sketchbooks full of stuff. More than half aren't even finished.
